I went and interviewed someone yesterday! yippie! it's quite fun asking different questions and analysing what this person really like.. I really enjoy it! I didn't know till that morning, my manager asked me to look at a resume and went for an interview that afternoon.. strange I thought! but I totally love it.. I wanna be a manager only because I can interview people! hahahaha

Well, he definitely can talk... so I really dont know how to tell what kind of a person he is in 30 minutes?!?!?! well, I thought, he's quite active and really want to learn and a bit ambitious.. he's very sporty.. he likes to work out?? but anyway, we decided to hire him. so I can tell you guys in few months time who he really likes... I hope we made a right decision to hire him.

Its true what they say that ur answer in interview doesnt matter too much. It's more how you handle yourself and how you said it more than anything...

anyway, he filled the last vacancy in the team... so I wont be interviewing people in a whileeeeee.. =) and thats a good thing... Im tired training new people, even though I enjoy it but when its getting busy and people just come and go.. it can be a bit tiring... sigh work work work... thank God for public holiday =)
