Spent new year's eve at Maitland - a country town near Hunter valley... no fireworks, no big celebration... all we have, is each other.. and a bottle of wine... =)

hmmm ... I always dream of having such a quite moment for my new year's eve with some closed friends or relatives with no fireworks, no loud noises, no hectic crowds ... with just some juicy finger foods, nice cold beers and some fancy wine (white wine - Riesling please...) :)
