Rumors have been buzzing around my close friends on this dumpling restaurant at Ashfield... Chinese Fast Food.. yes dodgy name I must say =P but the chinese meat steam buns were soooo nice as i was told... so I went and gave it a go... hmmm i wouldnt recommend the other menu in there tho =P it's different... it's home made villages food .. hehehe the only good thing from there was the xiao lung bao (chinese steam meat bun!!) and YES i would go there just for the buns....=)

BUT just as I walked to the Chinese Fast Food, i passed another shanghai restaurant, called SHANGHAI NIGHT! just 2 shops away from the Chinese Fast Food... the menu looks far more interesting, with a lot more choices... (they had kuo tie n everything! yum) and it was packeD!! and met a friend on the way home and he said he recommended that one by far! they had review from this food critique, (forgot the name) displayed in their glass entrance door... *drooled*... "but i'll give the other one a chance first" i thought....

so here i am, check out their rating at www.eatability.com.au.... it looks like Shanghai Night win by far.... the food rating for Shanghai Night is 8.6, and Chinese Fast food only scores 6.4... so if you feel like dumpling/xiao lung bao next time, give Shanghai night a shot... i think it'll be good..!! =) Cher?
