Surprised Surprised!! ok didn't expect this one at all... comfortably watching "The Interpreter" by Nicole Kidman until someone rang my house phone at 11.55! and i was thinking in my head "who would call this late?! to my home phone number?? hmm it cant be for me... hmmm it's not my birthday yet, right?!?" then when i picked up, heard a voice went "Cindy?" and i was like "eh yeah, who's this?" yada yada and he basically told me to go down.. then went down and saw bunch of friends from Pelita were standing outside the gate sang Happy Birthday with the candle and everything!!! and cake! and special cake made by Ingka!! =) i was just standing there for a second, dont know what to do, dont know what to think... but ya i finally remembered, i gotta open the gate first.. so i did.. =P

was totally speechless.. i do love surprises..!! had these mixed feeling, happy yet speechless, surprised, blessed, truly touchedd.. =) ahhh thankk youuu soo much guyss... soo grateful, glad and happy spent my 12am moment with each one of you... didnt feel so old anymore =)

i looked back and reflected my journey from being a 21 to a 22, i saw God has just been so kindly, patiently and faithfully, loving, caring and shaping me to be more like Jesus. God has poured down His blessings, provided me with overflowing love and encouragements from His word & brothers and sisters in Christ.. my God is AWESOME! ... One thing i learnt from this past year, (and yes i must admit i learnt it the hard way... tho i thank God taught me that way), is that only God that i can cling to, and noone else... Only Jesus' death and resurrection that i can rely upon and found my comfort.. only Him i can find this true love, only Him that can love me so dearly.. love me like noone else can.. (seriously, who would send their son to die for their enemies?) Only Him that can forgive me.. Only Him I can find this hope.. hope that is sure, hope that is certain! hope of eternal life... with Him! =) and so only Him i live this life for... Only Jesus...


Friends asked me tonight what's my 5 years plan? hmm i have no plan.. which is kinda weird, i suppose.. who doesnt have plan, right!??!?? well, i used to plan... but i've learnt that no matter how much you plan your life, you don't know what God has in mind for you.... and God has much more beautiful plan than mine... =) so what's my 5 years plan??? to trust Him wherever he leads me to.... =)


and i know i have given you pelita folks my prayer points, but for everyone else one thing that you can pray me for is this... that in His guidance, i can always be a woman who fears the Lord.. and of course, feel free to pray for everything else.. =) Thank you =)
